🏃‍♀️ 50th Annual COC Cross Country Summer Series

Join us for the 50th Annual Cross Country Summer Series at College of the Canyons, sponsored by Fleet Feet. Races start on July 11 and run every Thursday through Aug. 15, 2024.

🏞️ About the Course

• Distance: A 3-mile cross country course.
• Starting Point: Begins at the Cougar baseball Field.
• Route: Winding through the COC Valencia campus and surrounding hillsides.
• Finish Line: Concludes at Cougar Stadium.

🚗 Parking

• Availability: Free parking will be available.
• Location: PARKING LOT 5.

⏰ Start Times

• Kid K Races: Start at 6:45pm in the Stadium.
• Main Races: Begin at 7 p.m. on the Baseball field.
• Age Divisions: Features more than a dozen age divisions.

💵 Entry Fees

• Individual Races: $10 per race.
• Finale Fee: $20 for the Aug. 15 finale, includes dinner.
• Series Card: $50, covers all six races and dinner for the final.

👦 Kid's Race Fees

• Entry Fee: $2 for Kid's Race entry (includes participation ribbon).
• Finale Fee: $12 for Kid's Race Aug. 15 finale, includes dinner.
• Series Card: $25 for Kid's Race series card, covers all races and dinner.

📝 In-Person Registration

• Location: Held at the finish line of the race in Cougar Stadium.
• Checks: Made out to SCCCD ASG, with "Summer Cross Country Series" in the memo line.

👕 T-Shirts

T-shirts will be available to purchase at the race.

🎖️ Age Divisions

Male and Female divisions: 10 and under, 11-13, 14-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, and 70 and above.

🏆 Awards

Awards will be given to the top three men and women in each age division after the conclusion of the last event on Aug. 15. You must have run a minimum of 2 of the first 5 races to qualify for awards at the final.

📊 Results

Chip timing results will be available online at this site and posted at race conclusion.
