❤️ CHARITY

• Beneficiary: The official 2026 Shipley Donut Dash Charity is Kids’ Meals, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving healthy lunches to over 3,600 hungry preschool-aged children in poverty.

🚗 PARKING / TRANSPORTATION

• Parking: Available at Sam Houston Race Park

🎁 SWAG

• All Participants: Receive a dri-fit race shirt, Donut Shaped Finisher Medal, Race Bib, and a Shipley Do-Nut and Coffee at the Finish Line! Plus TWO Donut Stations along the course with donut holes!
• Kids Dash Participants: Receive a youth shirt, Donut Shaped Finisher Medal, and a Shipley Do-Nut and Coffee at the Finish Line!

🏆 AWARDS

• Ceremony: Awards ceremony will take place at stage in the "basecamp area" near the Inflatables.
• Top Finishers: The top THREE Male & Female Finishers will receive a medal and Shipley Do-Nuts Gift Certificates.
• Age Group Awards: Top three male and female finishers in each age group in the 10K and 5K receive an age group medal.
• Age Groups: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

🥇 FINISHER MEDAL

• All Participants: Will receive a medal upon finishing the race.

⏱️ TIMING

• Timing System: The Shipley Donut Dash 5K and 10K are officially timed events using the disposable B-Tag timing system.

📦 PRE-RACE PACKET PICK-UP

• Pick-up Location: TBA
• Date & Time: Friday, October 16: 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - TBA

🏃 RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP

• Available: For an extra $10, starting at 6:00 AM.
• Time: 6:00 – 7:45 AM

✈️ PACKET SHIPPING

• Convenience: Choose the packet shipping option during registration for $15.95 to have your race packet shipped to your doorstep!
• Shipping Details: Packets will be shipped 1-2 weeks prior to the event date. Verify your mailing address during registration.

🐾 DOGS & STROLLERS

• Policy: Strollers are allowed, but please start in the back of your wave pack. Animals are not allowed for safety reasons.

💸 REFUNDS

• No Refunds: There will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals. All purchases are final.

🏆 VIRTUAL RACE

Not a Shipley Donut Dash near you? Or can't make it on the day-of? No worries! You can run it virtually! Run the race by yourself or with a large group, in the location of your choice, at any time of the day.

• Register: For the Virtual Donut Race – DOMESTIC ONLY.
• Swag: You'll receive your swag (Shirt, Bib, Medal, and Donut Card) in the mail.
• Run/Walk: Your race on any day.
• Upload Results: Upload your results on the website.
• Enjoy: The satisfaction of your success and being a part of the Virtual Shipley Do-Nut Dash!
