Join us on Friday August 8th at Fitzpatrick Stadium for the Steady State Distance Festival - a chance to hit the track to run fast in either/both of the 5k and the mile. Whether you're chasing a PR this summer or just looking to test your limits, this is the perfect event to go all-out!
🕒 Schedule of Events
- Check-in/Registration: 4:30-5:15. There will be day of registration available!
- Kids' Fun Run: 5:30 FREE Kids' 100m Fun Run!
- 5K Run: 5:40
- Heat #1 Mile: 6:20
- Heat #2 Mile: 6:30
🏅 Heats and Seeding
Heats will be seeded based on your entry time to keep things competitive and fair.
