Titletown Turkey Trot Overview

We hope that you will join us at Boyle County High School on Thanksgiving morning, November 26th, 2026 at 8:00am for the LARGEST RACE IN DANVILLE KY, the 5th Annual Titletown Turkey Trot in memory of Deangelo Durham. This will be a competitive event but also family friendly event and runners, walkers, kids, strollers and pets are all welcome and encouraged to join us! If you have someone that isn't running we want them there to help us cheer on everyone participating. Bring the whole family!

Event Details

• Events: 1 mile Gobble Wobble and 5K chip timed run/walk
• Awards: Overall and age group awards for the 5K
• Swag: All participants will receive a Titletown Turkey Trot branded long sleeve shirt and a commemorative finishers medal
• Charity: Proceeds support a scholarship program for Deangelo Durham's children

• Start/Finish: Both located on the Boyle County High School Football Field at the 50 yard line
• Timing: Chip timed for the 5K event

Race Features

• Course: Closed course on paved road and walking path starting on the turf field of Boyle County High School and wandering through beautiful Millennium Park
• Photography: Free race photos by Ruby Cline
• Activities: Thanksgiving themed photo op and the Titletown turkey in costume
• Entertainment: Music, fun and fellowship

• 5K: 8:00am
• 1 Mile Gobble Wobble: 8:15am

Parking Information

Parking will be at Boyle County High School, 1637 Perryville Road, Danville, KY 40422.

Packet Pick-Up and Late Registrations

• When: Wednesday, November 25th from 4:00pm-6:00pm and Thursday, November 26th beginning at 7:00am
• Location: Boyle County High School Rebel Stadium

Awards Ceremony

Awards ceremony will take place at approximately 9:00am. Top 3 Male and Female overall winners and age group winners will receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze Apex Promoz Winners medal.

Age Group Awards

Top 3 M/F in each age group: 0-9, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80+.
