🏃‍♂️ Titletown Turkey Trot

We hope that you will join us at Boyle County High School on Thanksgiving morning, November 27th, 2025 at 8:00am for the LARGEST RACE IN DANVILLE KY, the 4th Annual Titletown Turkey Trot in memory of Deangelo Durham. This will be a competitive but family-friendly event, and runners, walkers, kids, strollers, and pets are all welcome and encouraged to join us! If you have someone that isn't running, we will have plenty to do for spectators as well. Bring the whole family!

🎉 Event Overview

Events: Two events: 1 mile Gobble Wobble and a 5K.
Timing: The 5K will be chip-timed by Race Rise.
Awards: Overall and age group awards for the 5K.
Gifts: All participants will receive a Titletown Turkey Trot branded long sleeve shirt and a commemorative finishers medal.

🌟 Community Impact

This event was a huge success in 2024 with over 325 runners, and we can't wait to make it even bigger for 2025. We will have a food/coffee truck, a bounce house (weather permitting), games, and free popcorn and cotton candy! This event is a fun way for the community to support the family of Deangelo Durham through a scholarship program for his two children. If you didn't have the pleasure of knowing Deangelo (Dee), he was a wonderful person in the Danville community who will never be forgotten.

Closed Course: Paved trail surfaces, starting on the turf field of Boyle County High School.
Activities: Music, food, fun, and fellowship.

Parking will be at Boyle County High School, 1637 Perryville Road, Danville, KY 40422.

📅 Packet Pick-Up

Date: Wednesday, November 26th from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Danville Bike and Footwear, 417 W Main St, Danville, KY 40422.
On Race Day: Thursday, November 27th, beginning at 7:00am at Boyle County High School Rebel Stadium.

🏅 Awards Ceremony

Awards ceremony will take place at 9:00am. Top 3 Male and Female overall winners and age group winners will receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze Apex Promoz Winners medal.
