Turkey Strut 5K Race Description
Join us for the 41st Annual Turkey Strut 5K on Saturday, November 21st at 9:00am in Nicholasville as we kick off Thanksgiving Week in healthy fashion.
Race Features
- Paved Course: Through City County Park and the By-Pass.
- Commemorative T-Shirt: Long sleeve race shirt included.
- Participation Options: Both in-person and virtual 5K options available.
- Water Stations: Located at mid-point and finish line.
- Refreshments: Fruit, bottled water, and granola bars available.
- Awards: For Overall Top 3 M/F and Top M/F in various age categories.
- Free Race Photos: Provided by Dramatic Captures Photography.
- Event Atmosphere: Enjoy music, food, and fellowship.
- Timing: Timed by RaceRise.
Charity Support
Proceeds/donations will benefit the Jessamine County Food Pantry. We will sponsor a non-perishable food drive in conjunction with the race.
Packet Pickup
- Pre-Race Pickup: Held on Friday, 11/21/2025 at the Coolidge Building from 8am-4pm.
- Race Day Pickup: At the Ag. Extension Office at City County Park from 7:45-8:45am.
