Wild Turkey Trot 3k presented by Orlando Health

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Brevard Zoo's inaugural Wild Turkey Trot 3k is a family-friendly event and great way to kick off your Thanksgiving day!

• Course: Runners and walkers of all ages will traverse a course through the Zoo passing animals, their habitats and native plants along the way.
• Date: The run is set for a 7:30 a.m. start on November 27, 2025.

🎟️ Special Offers

• Admission Discount: Registered runners get 50% off admission or $10 off a membership on Thanksgiving weekend by showing their race bib at the administrative office.
• Note: Offer valid for the runner only. You must bring your runners bib.
• Zoo Closure: Note that Brevard Zoo is closed on Thanksgiving Day.

⏳ Race Regulations

• Time Limit: There is a one hour cut off for all runners. The one hour limit begins from the time you start the race.
• Escort Off Course: You will be escorted off the course if you do not finish by your designated end time.
• Water Stations: A water/Gatorade station is along the route and at our start and finish line areas.

Awards and Merchandise

• Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the Top 10 overall male and female finishers and Top 5 overall male and female for the 11 years and under division.
• Finisher Medals: ALL finishers will receive a beautiful turkey-themed medal and commemorative running hat.
• Race Shirts: Race shirts will be available for purchase for $20 each online prior to the event.
