Southside Elementary's 9th Back to School 5k and Fun Color Run

🎉 Event Overview

On August 28, Southside Elementary School will host its 9th Back to School 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk to support the Fine Arts at Southside. Students participate in Music, Art, Library, and Physical Education, but funds are needed to update materials and equipment. These improvements will advance the fine arts education of our students. THIS YEAR'S RACES WILL BE FULL OF COLOR!!!

🏆 Awards

• Overall Finishers: Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall male & female finishers.
• Age Groups: Prizes will be given to the top male & female winners in each age group.

🏃 5K Course Details

• Course Location: The 5K race is held on the grounds of two elementary schools.
• Terrain: Most of the course is on grass and runs through wooded paths.
• Experience: You’ll love our beautiful campus whether you run or walk.
• Strollers: Joggers and strollers are not recommended.
