Running club will meet on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm and all skill levels are welcome.

• Games & Activities: Various fun games and activities are included.
• Incentives & Awards: Members will receive awards and incentives throughout the season.
• Fun, Fitness & Friendships: An engaging environment for fitness and friendship.
• Themed Runs: Activities may include barefoot running, trail running, speed + agility, and obstacle courses.

💵 Registration Details

• Enrolled After School Program: Students receive a discount of $120.
• Non-Enrolled Students: Tuition for non-enrolled After School Program students is $150.
• Validation: We will validate enrollment rate once it's received.
• Non-Refundable: Registration is non-refundable/non-transferable.

• Discussion Topics: Engage in various discussion topics related to running.
• Run-Specific Drills: Includes logged laps for improvement.
• Dynamic Warm-ups: Essential warm-ups and cool-downs are incorporated.
• Weekly Training Schedule: A schedule for runners and parents is provided weekly.

🏅 Unique Features

What makes our club unique? We offer a personalized 5K training plan designed for both runners and their parents to follow together. As we progress week by week, this plan helps everyone prepare for our final 5K race, making it a shared journey toward achievement.

📅 Race Participation

We will select a 5K race for club members to participate in once the Fall community race schedules are announced (participating in the race is not mandatory). Participants will be responsible for registering for the event separately and must ensure they have a running buddy for race day.
