Running club will meet on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30pm and all skill levels are welcome.

• T-shirt: All members receive a club t-shirt.
• Themed Runs: Events such as barefoot running, trail running, speed + agility, and obstacle courses.
• Local Race Participation: Club members will have the opportunity to run in a local race with a buddy and other club members.
• Discounts: Enrolled After School Program students receive a discount of $120: non-enrolled After School Program students register at the tuition of $150.

What makes our club unique? We offer a personalized 5K training plan designed for both runners and their parents to follow together. As we progress week by week, this plan helps everyone prepare for our final 5K race, making it a shared journey toward achievement.

🔒 Registration Policy

Registration is non-refundable/non-transferable.

📅 Upcoming Event

• Sprout 5K: All Running Club members are invited to participate in the Sprout 5K on Saturday, October 26 located at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm at Broadlands. Participating in the race is not mandatory.
• Separate Registration: Participants will be responsible for registering for the event separately.
• Running Buddy: Ensure they have a running buddy for race day.
