Join us for the Spartanburg Run for Babies 5k! In 2026, we are moving to Fifth Third Park, home of the Hub City Spartanburgers! This 5k benefits March of Dimes and the incredible work they do each and every day. Every family deserves the best possible start. But that’s just not the case.

• Fact: Each year, one woman dies every 12 hours from pregnancy-related causes.
• Fact: 1 in 9 babies in South Carolina is born too soon.

With your help, we can change that. We are focused on one thing: helping more moms and babies be healthy and strong. Our annual March for Babies and Run for Babies Campaigns are our largest weapon against the heartaches that exist in maternal and infant health. We are looking forward to a day where every mom and baby is healthy regardless of wealth, race, geography, or race. We need your help to make that happen. We engage our local community with sponsorship opportunities, employee giving campaigns, volunteer engagement, advocacy efforts, and more.

• Support: Research to find solutions so every family gets the best possible start.
• Advocate: For policies that prioritize the health of moms and babies.
• Provide: Resources and programs to help moms throughout their pregnancies.
• Train: And educate health professionals to improve mom and baby care.

April 18th, 2026 @ 9:00am

• 8:00am: Registration and Check-in (packet pickup) Opens.

📍 Where:

Fifth Third Park, home of the Hub City Spartanburgers.

Parking: The Spartanburgers Parking Garage.

👶 Youth Discounts:

Children Under 12 Discounted Pricing (only children running the race and in need of a bib or t-shirt need to register. If you are pushing a stroller with a child, you do not need to register the child):

• Price: $20 through February 28th.
• Price: $25 through race day.

• Date: THURSDAY, APRIL 16th from 4-6pm @ Hub City Runners.
• Date: Saturday, April 18th - Onsite for Race Morning (pick up beginning at 8am).
