Lions on the Run 5K

Join us for the Des Moines Christian Lions on the Run 5K, a community race and celebration hosted on the DMC campus. This special event serves as the season finale for our Lions on the Run camp, where 3rd–5th grade students have been training together in faith, fitness, and fun. The 5K gives our young athletes the chance to showcase their hard work while crossing the finish line alongside family, friends, and community members.

Younger Siblings Race

Younger siblings and family members are invited to participate in a FREE one-lap race around the track at the conclusion of the 5K. Stick around to cheer them on and celebrate the fun!

Packet Pick-Up Details

• Date: October 30 | 12–6 PM | Fitness Sports – Clive (Swanson Depot, 8810 Swanson Blvd, Clive, IA 50325)
• Date: October 31 | 11 AM–1 PM | DMC Performance Hall
• Date: November 1 | 7:30–8:30 AM | Door 1 of DMC (For late Packet Pick Up only)
• Note: Campers will receive their packets on the last day of camp.

Registration Note

All registrants will receive a finisher's medal and shirt: however, shirts/desired sizes are only guaranteed if registering before 10/10/2025.
