24th Annual River City Rat Race

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Described by Runner’s World writer Hal Higdon as “One of the most scenic 10K’s I’ve ever run”, the River City Rat Race is a 10K Race and 5K Race through the autumn parks and riverfront of downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. The race is fun and family-friendly, and benefits the local YMCA.

• Availability: First come, first served. Sizes are not guaranteed.

📝 Registration Details

YOU NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE RACE YOU WANT TO RUN. The map is different this year so please only register for the race you want to finish.

• Pre-race day registration: Available on Oct. 19th from 4-6:00pm at packet pick-up for $50 at the downtown YMCA: 1020 S. Barr St.
• Race Day Registration: $60
• Race Start: 200 E. Main St.
• Finish Line: At the Old Fort!

Packet Pick-up:

• Date: Saturday Oct. 19th
• Time: From 4-6:00pm at the Central Branch YMCA, 1020 S. Barr Street
• Race Day Pick-up: At Freimann Square from 11:00-1:00pm at 201 E. Main St.
