🎃 About the Event

• Event Theme: Join us for the North Point Fright Night 5K and the Trail of Lost Runners Past, a Halloween-themed community event like no other!
• Location: Hosted on North Point High School’s official cross country course.
• Purpose: This evening of running, scares, and family fun will raise funds to directly support our student-athletes.
• Proceeds: All proceeds benefit the North Point Track & Field Team, and school's non-profit number should be included on receipts for tax write-off purposes.

🏃 5K Race Information

Our 5K features three start times so everyone can participate:

• Elite Runners: 2:00 PM (capped at 100 runners initially: may expand if interest is high)
• Middle School & Younger: 2:45 PM (kids race the same 5K course, supported by volunteers)
• Open / Family Wave: 3:30 PM (perfect for families and recreational runners)
• Course: The race uses North Point’s official cross country 5K course, certified for competitive meets.

🎟️ Registration Includes

• Souvenir: Event T-shirt (must be picked up by 7:00 PM race day)
• Medals: Top 3 men & women, boy & girl of each race
• Admission: Trail of Lost Runners Past haunted trail experience (operating 5-9pm)

💰 Pricing

• Cost: $40 per person / $25 no T Shirt Registration
• Discount: $30 for North Point students (with ID number)
• Note: Sorry! No refunds will be given for any reason, as race shirts are ordered in advance.

👻 Haunted Trail: Trail of Lost Runners Past

After the races, dare to enter the Trail of Lost Runners Past, a quarter-mile haunted trail through the dark woods behind the school. Created in partnership with professional haunted house designers, this chilling walk is not for the faint of heart!

• Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (arrive early—no refunds if you miss your time)
• Recommended Age: Middle school and up (younger children may enter with parent/guardian approval).
• Included: Admission is included for 5K registrants.
• Trail-only Tickets: $20 online, higher price at the gate and once trail opens.
