About the Event

• Join us: for the North Point Fright Night 5K and the Trail of Lost Runners Past, a Halloween-themed community event like no other!
• Host: Hosted on North Point High School’s official cross country course, this event raises funds to support our student-athletes.
• Proceeds: All proceeds benefit the North Point Track & Field Team.

Race Format

• Combined Race: The Fright Night 5K will feature one combined race for all participants.
• Start Time: The single race start time is 3:00 PM.
• All Ages: This event will bring together runners of all ages and abilities.
• Course: The race takes place on North Point’s certified 5K cross country course.

Awards

• Medals: Presented to the top boys and girls finishers in each division.
• Divisions: Overall, Middle School & Younger, 35 & Over
• Podium Photos: Stay after the race for final results and podium photos!

Registration Includes

• Custom Race Bib: For entry to the race.
• Wristband: For Haunted Trail admission (5–9 PM).
• Souvenir T-shirt: If registered before Oct 17th, must be picked up by 7:00 PM race day.

Pricing

• No-T-Shirt Registration: $25
• Reduced Price: Available for students (with ID number).
• No Refunds: Will be given, as race shirts are ordered in advance.

Haunted Trail: Trail of Lost Runners Past

• Trail Length: A quarter-mile haunted trail through the dark woods behind the school.
• Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (arrive early—no refunds if you miss the time).
• Admission: Included for 5K registrants: Trail-only tickets: $20 online.
• Family-Friendly: Recommended for middle school and up: younger children may enter with parent/guardian approval.

Extra Fun

• Sponsor Booths: Featuring carnival-style games and prizes.
• Food and Concessions: Available for sale.
• Community Spirit: Halloween celebration for all ages.

Support the Team

• Your Registration: Helps provide equipment, uniforms, travel, and competition opportunities.
