Kappa Delta Shamrock 5k Run 2026

The Sigma Lambda chapter of Kappa Delta at Auburn University will host its 33rd Annual Shamrock 5k Run to raise money for Prevent Child Abuse America and to locally support Integrea's Early Connections Program. Kappa Delta will host its 5k run on Saturday, February 7th, 2026. The Shamrock Project is a national Kappa Delta program, that both collegian and alumnae support, to raise money for the national and local child abuse prevention organizations.

Online Registration Prices and Details

Student Registration:

• Fee: Registration fee = $15
• T-shirt: Does not include a t-shirt
• Code: Use code “student15” at checkout
• ID: Have to show student ID at packet pick up

Regular Registration:

• Fee: Registration fee = $35
• T-shirts: All participants who register by January 23rd will receive a complimentary runners T-shirt
• Pickup: T-shirts will be available at packet pickup on Friday, February 6, or at Race Day Check in on Saturday, February 7th.
• Deadline: Online race registration closes February 2nd, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Race Day Registration:

You can register in person on race day! Registration will be $60 the day of.

Race Location and Day Instructions

Beginning and ending at Cater Lawn on Auburn's Campus, the Shamrock run will be held on February 7th, 2026. The race will begin promptly at 8 am. Please arrive between 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 to ensure an on-time race start. Age group awards will occur prior to everyone crossing the finish line.

Race Packet Pick Up

• PR Shirt: PR Shirt orders can be picked up at our chapter room during packet pick up, or shipped individually to your home.
• Runner T-Shirts: All will be given at Packet Pick Up, and will not be individually shipped: Packet pick up will include your Runner Shirt (if applicable), and your bib for race day.
• Packet Pick-Up: Friday, February 6th | 2 – 6 p.m. at Leischuck Hall, The Village | Kappa Delta Chapter Room.
• Race Day Pickup: Saturday, February 7th | 6:30-7:30 a.m. at Cater Lawn (AU Campus).

Awards

Awards will be presented to the first-place male and female finishers in the following age groups:

• 14 & under:
• 15-19:
• 20-29:
• 30-39:
• 40-49:
• 50-59:
• 60 and up:

There will also be an award for the First Place Male and Female overall.
