Cardinal John Foley School Turkey Trot (19th Annual)

🦃 Race Registration

• Eligibility: Please only register for the 5K student run if you are a Cardinal Foley Student.

📅 Event Schedule

• Bib Pick-up: Friday 11/29/2024 Bib Pick-up: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Annunciation BVM Church Hall off of Wexford Road.
• Registration: Saturday 11/30/2024: Bib Pick-up/Day of Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Annunciation BVM Church Hall. Runners will be able to use the church hall lavatories and to stow their gear.
• T-Shirts: T-Shirts will be available on race day for participants. Participants registered after 11/16 will not be guaranteed a shirt!
• Awards: We will announce the winners following completion of the race and awards will be given to the winners at that time.

👶 CJF Tiny Trot

• New Event: Introducing the CJF Tiny Trot - a dash taking place immediately before the start of the 5K Run on Wexford Road between Sagamore Road and Brookline Blvd.
• Eligibility: Open exclusively to a limited number (50) of CJF PS, PK and K students.
• Giveaways: Tiny Trotters will receive a Tiny Trot t-shirt and medal for competing in the event!
• Participation: Tiny Trotters are permitted to participate in the Family Fun Walk with their registered parent/guardian.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Start Time: The race will begin at 9:00 a.m. with the walkers starting immediately after the runners.
• Course Info: The 5K run is a two loop course through the Brookline neighborhood which has been the same course as we have used in the past.
• Walker Guidelines: Walkers need to stay to the RIGHT while Runners will stay to the LEFT.

🎉 Post Race Celebration

• Kick-off to Christmas: Join us after the race for kids crafts, raffle baskets, 50/50, face painting, and pictures with Santa! The party starts at 9:30 in Annunciation Hall!

🏅 Costs and Awards

• Registration Fees: 5K Run Per Person: $35 ($45 after 11/25). Family Fun Walk Per Person: $30 ($40 after 11/25). Student 5k Run Per Student: $30 ($40 after 11/25).
• Awards: Overall Runners (female and male): Top 1.
• Age Group Awards: 8 & under (female and male), 9-14 (female and male), 15-20 (female and male), 21-34 (female and male), 35-49 (female and male), 50 & up (female and male).
• Special Awards: Top CJF Teacher and Top CJF Student!

• Refreshments: Post-race refreshments will be included.
• Timing: Will be Chip Timing by Bryn Mawr Racing.
