Bret Harte's Run Turkey Run 2025
Make room for your Thanksgiving dinner and join us for the Bret Harte Athletics & Booster Club's 2025 Run Turkey Run 5K/10K on Thursday, November 27, 2025! This fun, family-friendly event starts and ends at Leland High School in scenic Almaden Valley, San Jose. Both the 5K and 10K courses are run on level terrain on the paved trails along the Los Alamitos Creek and the open space area. Scroll down for race day schedule and parking information.

- Deadline: Register by November 7th to get a free commemorative 2025 Run Turkey Run shirt!
- Multiple Participants: Please consider adding multiple participants to your transaction to save money on processing fees!
- Shirt Supply: A limited supply of shirts will be available for purchase at packet pick-up and race day.

Packet Pick-up & Last Minute Registration
- Pre-Race Packet Pick-up: Tuesday, November 25 from 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Bret Harte Middle School, Staff Dining Room, 7050 Bret Harte Dr., San Jose, CA 95120.
- Race Day Packet Pick-up: Thursday, November 27 from 7:00 am - 8:00 am at Leland High School. Look for signs or volunteers to direct you.
- Registration Availability: Registration will be available at both packet pick-up and race morning, if the race is not sold out.

Parking
Available at Leland High School. Please plan your route to Leland to avoid the Camden Ave. road closure. Use the Via Valiente entrance to the Leland parking lot as all Camden Ave. entrances will be closed due to the road closure. Please visit FAQs above for more info on parking directions.
