AdventHealth Howey-in-the-Hills Reindeer Dash 5K presented by LiveTrends Design Group

Welcome to the AdventHealth Reindeer Dash 5K presented by LiveTrends Design Group — a festive, high-energy race that brings the heart of the running community to the streets of Howey-in-the-Hills. This beloved hometown event is more than just a race; it’s a celebration of movement, community, and giving back. Each year, runners and walkers of all ages come together to kick off the holiday season while supporting the town that graciously hosts us.

NEW for 2026: FREE Kids Dash!
We’re adding even more holiday fun to the Reindeer Dash with a FREE Kids Dash for children ages 10 and under! This short, fun run gives our youngest participants a chance to experience the excitement of race day, cross the finish line, and be part of the Reindeer Dash celebration. Every Kids Dash finisher will receive a custom finisher’s ribbon, and parents will have the option to purchase a kids-sized event shirt during registration. There is no cost to participate, but registration is required. Bring the whole family and let your little runners join in the holiday fun!

As the grand finale of the FloDash race season, the Reindeer Dash is a meaningful way to close out the year — surrounded by cheering spectators, festive spirit, and familiar faces who return year after year. From first-timers to seasoned racers, participants love the welcoming atmosphere, well-marked course, and the joy of finishing strong alongside friends and family.

This event is made possible through the incredible support of our partners, volunteers, and local leaders. We are proud to work alongside AdventHealth, LiveTrends Design Group, the Town of Howey-in-the-Hills, local law enforcement, and our finish-line beverage sponsor JB Boondocks. Most of all, we are grateful for our volunteers — the true magic makers — who bring this event to life and help us give back to the community in a meaningful way. Join us and be part of a race that feels like home. 🎄🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
