🎄 Race Overview

Let's kick off the holiday season with our friends in the town of Howey-in-the-Hills as we run or walk the AdventHealth Reindeer Dash 5K presented by LiveTrends Design Group on beautiful Lakeshore Blvd. The route takes runners on paved roads with a short run through Sarah Maude Mason Preserve for a little off road fun. 🏅 What Participants Receive

• Race Entry: All registered participants receive a time chipped race bib, jingle bells for their shoes, a candy cane, custom high-quality Santa Hoodie Shirt (register early to guarantee your size), finish line medal, post-race hot cocoa if it's cold to warm you up, and a free draft beer or soft drink ticket from our finish line sponsor JB Boondocks! Please refer to the flyer at the bottom of this page.
• Registration Rules: All runners and walkers on the course MUST BE REGISTERED. Anyone running without a bib is subjecting themselves to a misdemeanor and putting the race in jeopardy. If you want to pace a child, spouse or friend, you MUST register as well.
• Participant Donations: Donations along with part of the proceeds from the race will go to the Town of Howey-in-the-Hills to help local non-profit organizations like the local food pantry. Please consider making a donation of any kind to help our neighbors.

📅 Event Details

• Date & Location: The race will take place on 2025-12-13 at 510 S Palm Avenue, Howey-in-the-Hills, FL.
• Packet Pick-up: Will be at Dash Sports (741 W Montrose Street, Clermont, FL 34711) from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM on Friday December 12th & 7:00 AM - 8:15 AM race morning. Registration during packet pickup day & race day will be $45.
• Virtual Packets: Packets will automatically be shipped within two weeks after the race and will either have a paper bib or digital one via email. We cannot ship outside the US.
• Race Start: 8:30 AM. Participants will be asked to line up practicing social distancing based on pace. Times will be based on chip not gun time.

🏆 Awards and Discounts

• Awards: The amazing awards provided by Live Trends Design Group will be announced around 9:30 AM. Categories include top 3 Male and Female overall, First Male and Female Masters, and top 3 Male and Female in 5 year age groups, starting with 9 and under up to 75 and over.
• Team Discount: Bring the whole gang and take advantage of our family pricing when 4 or more members register under the same Team / Family name. Teams of 4 or more will receive $5 off each participant.
• Stroller and Dog Restrictions: For safety reasons NO pets of any kind are allowed on the race course during the event. Please leave your pups at home. Service dogs will be allowed: contact the race director ahead of time.
