Join us for the 48th running of this amazing Adirondack Coast tradition! Proceeds benefit the charitable work of the Peru Lions Club.
🎽 Race Details
- Date: 2025-11-27
- Location: Peru Elementary School
- Start Time: 9am for both the 5k and 10k
- Bib Pickup: Race morning beginning at 7:45am
🏆 Awards
Awards will be given to the top three men and top three women in the 5k and the 10k.
🗺️ Route Information
Route Adjustments: We've made a few route adjustments to ensure a proper distance and to make our race more runner friendly. Please review the maps!
- Updated Route: Two years ago we updated the 10k route to make it a true 10k.
- New Segment: We added a short out-and-back on Twin Creek Drive (off of Barney Downs Road).
🤝 About Peru Lions Club
The Peru Lions Club consists of people who represent a cross section of our community. Chartered in 1945, the Peru Lions Club continues to serve the community in a variety of ways.
- Motto: We live by our motto "WE SERVE" and where there is a need, you will see a Lion.
- Community Services: A prime example are the free eye screenings we provide to incoming kindergartners, day cares, any child between the ages of 1 and 5, across upstate NY.
- Main Goal: While our main goal is to aid the visually impaired and blind, our club contributes to over 18 service projects.
- Your Contribution: 100% of YOUR donation at our Turkey Trot and other fundraisers goes back to your local community.
