TJHS Color Fun Run/Walk

🎉 Event Overview

• Event Type: The Thomas Jefferson High School Color Fun Run/Walk is an untimed event.
• Purpose: It is an event to raise money for student activities and also to donate to different groups of need in the school such as the Thanksgiving Food Drive or the Holiday Gift Fund.
• Location: Participants will run and/or walk the course on the grounds of Thomas Jefferson High School.

🌈 Color Stations

• Color Stations: Throughout the course, there will be four (possibly five) color stations consisting of a cornstarch-based substance that will be thrown on the participants.
• Color Blast: Prior to the start of the race, all participants will participate in a Color Blast.
• Allergies: Please be mindful of any allergies prior to registering.

👕 Participant Perks

• Registration Deadline: Each participant, registered by Sunday October 19, 2025, will receive a white t-shirt, a pair of sunglasses, and an individual color packet.
• Post-Deadline Registration: Registration after October 19th is permitted but there is no guarantee that a shirt and/or sunglasses will be available.
• Color Packet: Participants will still receive an individual color packet if registering late.

⛰️ Course Details

• Terrain: The course will include some rough terrain as the cross country course will be used for the more adventurous 5K participants.

💖 Donations

• Donation Purpose: If you choose to make a Donation, all donations will go towards the Holiday Gift Funds.
• Voluntary: Donations are optional and not required to register.

📅 Schedule

• Check-in for Run/Walk: 10:00 am
• Start of Run/Walk: After 10:30 am
• Packet Pickup: A run packet pickup may be held on Thursday November 6th. Information will be sent out by email if this occurs.
