Get ready to lace up your boots and be part of an unforgettable journey at the 2025 Music City Ruck March on 10-4! Music City Ruck is coming back to Nissan Stadium — and this year, it’s shaping up to be our biggest, loudest, and most unforgettable ruck yet.

📍 Event Details

• Date: October 4th
• Location: Nissan Stadium - 1 Titans Way, Nashville, TN 37213 - FREE PARKING ON SITE
• New Course: The new race course will remain inside Nissan Stadium and will be approximately 1 mile in length. We will ruck rain or shine.

Everyone is welcome to participate in all divisions, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level.

• Competitive Solo Ruck
• Competitive 2-person Relay Team
• Competitive 4+ person Relay Team
• Honorary: No weight, lap card, ALL FUN!

🏋️‍♂️ Weight Divisions

• NO Weight: (non-competitive)
• Light: 20 > lbs ruck or vest
• Heavy: 35 > lbs ruck or vest

📋 About the Ruck

• The Course: The course is a 1-mile short loop designed as a time trial criterium. The course is within the footprint of Nissan Stadium and utilizes the ramps.
• Race Day Check-In: Check-in will take place in the South Plaza area (see map).
• Time &: Distance: You can complete as many or as few laps as you'd like within the two-hour time limit.
• Staging Area: This is where the action happens! It's a transition zone and a party area rolled into one.
• Awards: Prizes for the top lap ruck teams and solo ruckers.
• Dogs: Only ADA Service Animals are allowed.
• Security: Nissan Stadium will ask everyone to go through their security system upon entry. No weapons, knives, box cutters, firearms, ammunition, or explosives allowed, including fireworks.
