Annual Dash for the Dogs 5K Run/Walk to raise funds for the dogs & cats under our care at Animal House Shelter!

- Participation: Run or Walk the 5K with your dog or without!
🐶 Dog Participants
- Requirements: Dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations and be excellent around all other animals & people.
- Prizes: The first two dogs to cross the finish line receive prizes!
- Encouragement: Dogs are encouraged to participate in the run or walk too!
🏅 Race Certification
- Certified: The Race is Certified & Timed by J3 Timing.
- Inclusive: An excellent race for runners of all levels.
- Family Fun: There is also a 1 Mile Family Fun Walk directly after the 5K!
- Proceeds: 100% of the proceeds go towards the dogs and cats at our No Kill Animal Shelter.

- Founded: Founded in June 2002, Animal House Shelter rescues and cares for homeless animals.
- Rescue Work: Most animals are from high kill facilities that are euthanizing due to lack of space.
- Care Approach: These animals are treated like our own and carefully matched with prospective adopters.
- Personality: We pride ourselves on ensuring each animal goes to the right loving, forever home.
