• Venue: Races held at 200 meter indoor track facilities

• Row Erg: 1000m

• Sandbag Carry: 200m
• Run 6: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Sandbag Lunges: 100m

• Run 7: 800m (long) -OR- 400m (short)
• Burpee Broad Jumps: 100m

• Farmers Carry: 200m

• Sled Pull: 315 lbs

• Level 3 & 4 Long: 8:00, 8:20, 8:40
• Level 2 & 3 Long: 9:00, 9:20, 9:40

🌞 Mid-day Block (11:00AM–1:45PM)

• Level 3 & 4 Short: 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, 11:45
• Level 2 & 3 Short: 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, 12:45
• Level 1 Short: 1:00, 1:15, 1:30, 1:45

🌇 Afternoon Block (2:00PM–4:45PM)
