Avonworth Chase the Antelopes 5k & 1-Mile Walk

🏃‍♂️ About the Event

Join us for the Eighth Annual "Chase the Antelopes 5k & One-Mile Walk". This event will take place at Avonworth Middle School, home of the Antelopes! The 8th grade class will be organizing this event from start to finish, under the direction of their Civics Teacher and Cross Country Coaches.

• Student Involvement: Students will be designing the t-shirt, creating unique medals and awards in their Technology Education classes, and contacting local businesses for sponsorship and donations.
• Beneficiary: All proceeds will benefit the Hannah Milbert Memorial Fund.
• Race Day: See if you can catch the Antelopes on April 25th!
• Location: The race will start and end on the high school track with a mostly-flat run through the Avonworth community neighborhoods.

💸 Registration Details

Low entry fee of $20 until March 30th then $25. Race day registration (t-shirts no longer guaranteed) and packet pick-up will be available starting at 8:00 a.m. at Lenzner Field.

• Participant Parking: Participant parking is at Avonworth Middle School/High School Campus.
• Parking Reminder: Do NOT park in the fire lanes.
