Event Overview

• Unique Experience: The Blacklight Run™ is the brightest, most fun 5K out there.
• Inclusive Atmosphere: We welcome all participants regardless of running experience.

Event Rules

• Attire: Wear a white shirt (any white T-shirt will work).
• Glow Powder: Expect to finish covered in UV Glow Powder that will illuminate in our Blacklight Zones™.
• Theme: Experience a unique ambiance resembling a Ghost Buster’s movie!
• Nationwide Trend: This night event is quickly gaining popularity across the nation!

Packet Pickup Details

• Notification: Packet pickup date and time will be emailed before the event.
• ID Requirement: Bring a photo ID to pick up your race packet.
• Same-Day Fee: There is a $5.00 fee to pick up your packet on race day.
• Pre-Pickup Encouragement: We encourage attending pre-packet pickup to minimize race day wait times.

Merchandise and Registration

• Pre-Ordered Items: Must be picked up by the race start time or at packet pickup.
• No Mail Service: Items not claimed will be forfeited and donated.
• Race Day Registration: Available with a $5 fee (Cash Only).
• Arrival: Please arrive early to ensure ample time for parking and check-in.

Parking and Facilities

• Parking Fee: Up to a $20 fee (cash only) for parking.
• No Bag Check: There will be no lockers or bag check available.
• Starter Waves: Runners will be released in waves every 2-5 minutes at the start line.
• Race Bib Requirement: Attaching race bib to the front of your shirt is essential for course entry.

Party and Spectator Information

• Pre-Race Party: Starts 45 minutes before the race with music and free glow gear.
• Spectator Access: No charge for spectators: designated viewing areas available.
• Water Stations: Available on the course and at the finish line.
• After Party: Stay after for an exciting Blacklight Run After Party with glow powder fun.

Refund Policy

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for inability to attend.
• Ticket Transfer: Please transfer your ticket to another athlete if unable to join.
