Event Overview

• Date: 2026-09-17
• Location: John Hunt Park, Huntsville, AL
• Registration: This is a FREE event for all Preschool, Elementary & Middle (PreK-8th) school age children.
• Schools Encouraged: School Faculty and children are encouraged to participate and promote the event.

Community Impact

The Huntsville Delta Zeta Alumnae Chapter along with Huntsville Track Club are excited to provide our community an opportunity to get outside and give all children (PreK-8) in the Huntsville and surrounding areas the chance to run for the Autumn Chase Fun Run.

• Charity Focus: Proceeds from sponsorships and donations support the Huntsville Hospital Pediatric Audiology Unit and local kids' charitable organizations.

Donation Methods

• Mail Donation: Send a check made out to Delta Zeta with a memo for ACFR/Autumn Chase Fun Run to:
• Address: Delta Zeta Huntsville Alumnae Chapter, Attn: Treasurer / ACFR, P.O. Box 835, Huntsville, AL 35804
• Day of Race Donation: Volunteer donation buckets will be available throughout the race area.

Race Start Times

The start times are as follows:

• Pre & K Grades: Boys 4:00, Girls 4:15
• 1st Grade: Boys 4:30, Girls 4:45
• Faculty: Men & Women 4:55
• 2nd Grade: Boys 5:00, Girls 5:10

3rd Grade: Boys 5:25, Girls 5:35
4th & 5th Grades: Boys 5:50, Girls 6:00
6th, 7th & 8th Grades: Boys 6:10, Girls 6:20

There is day of race registration available! Please arrive with plenty of time before your heat to go through registration, put on your bib, and get warmed up.

Registrations after 9/1 are not guaranteed a t-shirt. If there are extra shirts, they will be available on race day.
