Cardio Kidz Winter Running Series- Fort Myers

Cardio Kidz is coming to Fort Myers for the FIRST time!

Let's kick off the New Year by moving, setting goals, and building confidence as a community! We’re excited to bring our inclusive running series to Southwest Florida—and we’d love for your family to be a part of this very special kickoff season.

Join us for a three (3) week outdoor running series designed for kids ages 2–14 of ALL ABILITIES. Whether your child is a seasoned runner or brand-new to racing, Cardio Kidz provides a supportive, encouraging, and FUN environment where every child can thrive.

Each race day is held once a week, on Sunday, and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50-yard dash, 100-yard dash, 1/4-mile, 1/2-mile, and 1-mile run. Runners CAN choose to “run up” in distance if they want to take on a bigger challenge.
We also offer an Alternate 1/4-mile option for 2nd–8th graders who may prefer a shorter race—because every runner’s journey is unique, and we cheer them on every step of the way!

Beyond movement, Cardio Kidz focuses on building confidence, resilience, and social-emotional growth. Before each race, we’ll explore the word DETERMINED (our 2026 affirmation!) in short, age-appropriate discussions that help kids practice goal setting, build self-belief, and track their weekly progress.

Our mission is simple: self-improvement over competition. We celebrate effort, progress, and courage—no matter the pace.
