🎉 Race Description / Theme

• Event: We’re back for the 2027 edition of Southwest Florida’s most festive running event—McGregor’s Kilts and Kilometers—on the Saturday before St. Patrick’s Day!
• Venue: Join us at Bell Tower Shops as McGregor’s Irish Pub, presented by Worthington Realty, hosts an unforgettable 5K and 1 Mile race.
• Celebration: This year’s celebration is bigger than ever, kicking off Lee County’s best two-day Irish festival.
• Festivities: Expect a sea of green, spirited costumes, and non-stop fun as the festivities roll straight from the race into a full day of music, beer specials, and mouthwatering Irish fare from McGregor’s Pub—on both Saturday and Sunday (Beer'd Mile).

🏆 Race Perks & Fun

• Irish Pride: All participants are encouraged to show off their Irish pride, but those brave enough to run in a kilt will be in the running for special awards!
• Finisher Rewards: Every 5K and 1 Mile finisher will receive a commemorative Irish pint glass, shamrock socks, and a festive Irish finisher’s medal.
• Lucky Coins: Keep your eyes peeled on the course for lucky Irish coins—find one and trade it in for a free beer at McGregor’s Pub (kids get green Hawaiian punch instead).
• After-Party: Plus, Lucky the Leprechaun will be on hand for photos and meet-and-greets, making this truly the ultimate Irish after-party.

• Awards: Overall Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd (Gun Time)
• Age Groups: 0-9 | 10-14 | 15-19 | 20-24 | 25-29 | 30-34 | 35-39 | 40-44 | 45-49 | 50-54 | 55-59 | 60-64 | 65-69 | 70-74 | 75-79 | 80+
• Award Criteria: Age group awards based on net chip time. Top 3 Male and Female awarded per group.
