Beer’d Mile

• Start Time: 9:00am
• Format: Classic beer mile format: drink four beers, run one mile.
• Participants: Must wear a leprechaun hat with a beard during the race.

Race Description / Theme

• Event: 2026 edition of Southwest Florida’s most festive running event.
• Location: Join us at Bell Tower Shops for an unforgettable 5K and 1 Mile race.
• Festivities: Expect a sea of green, spirited costumes, and non-stop fun.
• Food &: Drinks: Enjoy music, beer specials, and mouthwatering Irish fare from McGregor’s Pub.

• Irish Pride: Participants are encouraged to show off their Irish pride.
• Special Awards: Those wearing a kilt qualify for special awards.
• Finisher Gifts: Receive a commemorative Irish pint glass, shamrock socks, and a festive finisher’s medal.

• Requirements: Drink four beers, run one mile—one beer before each ¼-mile lap.

• Experience: This event is all about fun—you won’t want to miss it.

• Awards: Top 3 Male and Female awarded per age group based on net chip time.
