Hope & Honor 5K

Race Overview

Join us on Saturday, January 9, 2027, at beautiful Lakes Regional Park in Fort Myers for the inaugural Hope & Honor 5K – Honoring Life, Empowering Hope.

• Event Purpose: This meaningful community event brings together runners, walkers, families, caregivers, and supporters to celebrate life, honor loved ones, and support the compassionate mission of Hope Healthcare.
• Participation: Whether participating in memory of someone special, celebrating a survivor, supporting a friend or family member, or simply looking to make a difference, this event offers an opportunity to come together for a cause that touches many lives.
• Course Details: Participants will enjoy a scenic course through Lakes Regional Park, commemorative race swag, finisher medals, awards, community vendors, and a morning filled with inspiration, remembrance, hope, and encouragement.
• Support Mission: All proceeds from this event help support Hope Healthcare's mission of providing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to patients and families when they need it most.

Race Day Details

• Location: Lakes Regional Park, 7330 Gladiolus Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33908
• Start Time: 5K – 9:00 AM
• Parking: Paid parking is available on-site at Lakes Regional Park.
• Awards: Overall Awards for Top 3 Male and Female: Age Group Awards for Top 3 Male & Female in each age group (Chip Timed).

Age Group Awards

• Categories: 0–9, 10–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+
• Awards Distribution: Overall and Age Group awards will be given based on participation categories.
• Chip Timing: All age group awards will be chip timed for accurate results.
• Encouragement: Celebrate your achievements and those of friends and fellow participants!

• Date: Friday, January 8th, 2027
• Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Instructions: Please collect your race packet at the designated location and time.
