Join your fellow pilgrims on Thanksgiving Day morning for a one mile fun run and a 5K run/walk in downtown Waco! We have even added a last minute "Side Dish" option for your last minute, more reluctant buddy that doesn't want to pay full price (and maybe doesn’t want to get off the couch??)

• Location: Google Maps
• Details: Pick up your race credentials early to avoid race morning lines and join your fellow pilgrims for a few beverages and giveaways.

Thursday, November 26, 2026

• Location: Indian Spring Park, Waco Suspension Bridge, 101 N. University Parks, Waco, Texas 76701
• Packet Pick Up: 6:30 am - 8:15 am
• 1K Fun Run/Walk: 8:00 am
• 5K Timed Run/Walk: 8:30 am - USATF certified course: Course Certificate.
• Pie Eating Contest: 9:15 am
• Awards Ceremony: 9:30 am

Race Details

• 1K Fun Run: This is a fun run so just that... FUN!
• 5K Event: A professionally timed event with awards for overall male and female, masters male and female, as well as age group awards!
• Costume Contest: There is an award for the best Thanksgiving related costume!
• Shirt Registration: Shirts are ordered on November 15th: you must be registered by then to be guaranteed your shirt and size.

Registration Information

Race Day Registration will be available but does come with an "inconvenience fee"... save $5 by registering prior to race day!
