Event Overview
Mark your calendars and plan to join us for the fourth annual Pell City Rotary Club Jingle Bell Run on Saturday, December 12, 2026, at Pell City's picturesque Lakeside Park.
Race Details
- Race Types: 5K & 10K races along with a 1-mile Fun Run!
- Course Certification: Both courses will repeat the 2025 courses and remain certified - Course Number AL25014JE.
- Awards: Cash prizes for the top three finishers, best dressed awards, medals for top finishers & SANTA CLAUS!
- Raffle Prizes: 12 Days of Christmas raffle prizes, with registration serving as raffle ticket.
Team Participation
Our Team Participation contest is also back...the team with the most registered participants will receive a donation to the organization or charity of their choice! So grab your friends, family, or co-workers, and let’s make this event even more awesome!
Registration Information
- Fee Includes: A race t-shirt, swag bag, and post-race refreshments.
- Deadline: Registrations must be submitted by November 29th in order to guarantee a t-shirt size and swag bag.
Awards
- CASH AWARDS: 5K - 1st place male/female = $300: 2nd place male/female = $200: 3rd place male/female = $100
- CASH AWARDS: 10K - 1st place male/female = $400: 2nd place male/female = $300: 3rd place male/female = $200
- MEDAL AWARDS: 5K/10K - Top 3 male and female contestants in age groups 0-9: 10-14: 15-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: & 70+
Race Day Agenda
- 7:00-7:45am: Registration and Packet Pickup
- 8:00am: Opening ceremony and Start of 5K & 10K Races
- 9:30am: 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk begins
- 10:00am: Awards Ceremony

Post Race
Light refreshments and drinks will be available. Awards will be presented following the race. Come by and see Santa Claus from 8AM - 10:00AM!
Pet Policy
Bringing your furry friend along? Awesome! Just be sure to follow the Pell City Animal Ordinance and Lakeside Park Rules. All pets must stay on a leash, and don’t forget to clean up after them. Remember, you’re in charge of your pet’s actions, so let’s keep things fun and safe for everyone!
Stroller Policy
The course includes a mix of asphalt running paths, roadways, grass, and a wooden bridge, which might not be ideal for pushing a stroller. If you're participating with a stroller or children, we kindly ask that you keep your children with you at all times and start from the back of the starting line.
Registration Policies
- Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable and transfers to another person are not permitted.
- Weather Policy: This event will take place rain or shine! In the unlikely case of extreme weather, we may need to cancel.
