• Location: 1161 Murphrees Valley Road (TURN AT BRADFORD ROAD), Springville, AL
• Registration: Register by August 15, 2025 to submit memorial names for shirts/signs and guarantee a race shirt.

📝 Important Registration Information

• Deadline: You must register by August 15, 2025 to submit memorial names.
• Post-Deadline Registration: If registered after this date, you can check for available shirts at packet pickup for $20.
• Memorial Item: "WE REMEMBER THEM" signs will honor your loved ones throughout the course.
• Spelling Check: Please double-check names before submitting registration.

📅 Packet Pickup Information

• Location: The Amelia Center - 1513 4th Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35233
• Date: : Thursday, September 11th, 10 am - 4:30 pm
• Team Pickup: Designate one person to pick up packets for your team and text 205-603-6049 with team names.
• Unclaimed Packets: Must be picked up on race day or will be donated.

👟 Race Day Information

• Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025
• Arrival Time: Plan to arrive by 7:30 AM.
• Same Day Registration: 7 AM - 8 AM
• Race Start: 5K at 8:00 AM followed by the Fun Run.

🏅 Awards

• 5K: Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in gender/age categories.
• Fun Run: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places.
• Fundraising: Awards for the top 3 online fundraisers.
• Team Awards: Largest pre-registered team will receive recognition.

💖 Community Support

• Renovation Fund: Proceeds support renovations at The Amelia Center.
• Community Training: Funds will help provide training for trauma guidance.
• Volunteer Opportunities: Contact us if interested in volunteering or sponsorship.

🛡️ Health Guidelines

• Stay Home: Do not attend if you are ill or have tested positive for COVID-19.
• Mask Policy: Masks are welcome but not required: please follow recommended health practices.
• Exposure: Wear a mask if exposed to a confirmed case of COVID within 10 days.
• Sanitization: Hand sanitizers will be available at the venue: please practice good hygiene.
