⏱️ Event Details
- Chipped Time Event: Official timing will be provided for the race.
- Run or Walk 5K: Participants can choose to run or walk the distance.
- Fun For All: This event is suitable for participants of all ages.
- Jerry Can 5K Relay: A (3) person relay event with teams carrying a Jerry can. Male teams will use 5 gallons (42 lbs) and female teams will use 3 gallons (25 lbs) of water. Teams will register as a single entry and must form their own teams. No straps or alternative carrying methods for the Jerry can are allowed.
💖 Our Mission
The goal of the Foundations for Hope 5K is to advance the Gospel by empowering the local church, investing in individuals, providing critical resources, and equipping Christian leaders. This year’s 5K will support a combination of these efforts, through the local church in East Africa, by providing communities with Christian leaders, churches, clean water, and medicine. Join us for a great event and be part of a generation being changed by the love of Jesus.
