⏱️ Event Overview
- Chipped Time Event: This race will feature official timing for a precise measurement of your performance.
- Run or Walk 5K: Participants have the option to run or walk the 5K course.
- Fun For All: An inclusive event where everyone is welcome to join.
- Jerry Can 5K Relay: A (3) person relay with both men's and women's teams. Each team will carry a Jerry can filled with water. Team sign-up as a single entry is required, but teams must be self-formed. Age athletes of all backgrounds are welcome!

❤️ Race Purpose
The goal of the Foundations for Hope 5K is to advance the Gospel by empowering the local church, investing in individuals, providing critical resources, and equipping Christian leaders. This year’s 5K will support a combination of these efforts through the local church in East Africa, by providing communities with Christian leaders, churches, clean water, and medicine. Join us for a great event and be part of a generation being changed by the love of Jesus.
