We are back and ready to Celebrate - Join us for the 9th Annual Run for Resilience Ostomy 5k in Birmingham, AL at our New Location and Celebrate 9 years of Ostomy Awareness at the beautiful EBSCO Industries West Gate Park at Railroad Park on Saturday, October 3rd for Ostomy Awareness Day.

Race Day Schedule

• 7:30 AM: Registration and check-in
• 8:15 AM: 5k Start
• 8:45 AM: 1 Mile Walk/Fun Run start
• 11:30 AM: Event ends

Packet Pickup

You can pick-up your Race Bag, T-Shirt and Bib the morning of the event.

Prizes

Awards will be presented to the top finishers in the Open and Ostomate categories.

Create or Join a Race Group/Team

Once you’ve registered you have the option to CREATE a new RACE GROUP/TEAM or to JOIN one that’s already been established. This is a great way to get others in your community to Register to Participate in the Run and compete against each other. Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own), order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you!

Fundraising

• Refund Offer: Raise $150 or more and your Registration Fee will be refunded!
• Impact: Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.
• Setup Fundraiser: We invite you to set up your own Personal or Team Fundraiser when registering to participate or through our DONATE button.
• Personalization: Create a unique Fundraiser Name and URL address, personalize your fundraising message, and direct your friends and family to your page to join your team or sponsor you.
