Race Overview
- Event: 5K race and 1 mile fun-run/walk
- Benefit: Proceeds will benefit The Pregnancy & Parenting Center in Canton, a community partner.
- Course: 5K starts in the church parking lot, heads down Raber Road to Mayfair, and then back.
- Fun Run: 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk will be on a newly paved trail. All ages invited!
Race Details
- 5K Run / Walk:
- Early Bird Cost: $30, Price increases on 7/31
- Open to all ages
- On-site registration begins at 7:30 AM, 5K begins at 8:30 AM
- First 500 to register will receive a custom bib number and performance top
- 1 Mile Fun Run / Walk:
- Early Bird Cost: $10, Price increases on 7/31
- 1 mile loop on the church's paved trail
- Open to all ages
- Fun Run / Walk begins at 9:00 AM
- Finishers: All Finishers in the 5K and 1 mile will receive a custom medal.
- Post Race Refreshments: Breakfast Sandwich, Muffins, Bananas, Water
- Awards: Top 3 Male and Female Overall and Top 3 in Male and Female Age Groups
About The Pregnancy & Parenting Center
- Mission: Provides free and confidential medical care and educational information to those facing an unplanned pregnancy in Stark and Summit counties.
- Support: Offers assistance with newborn and early child physical needs.
- Proceeds: All proceeds from the Labor of Love Run will be given to The Pregnancy & Parenting Center.
