Race Description

• Organizer: This race is held by the Lakeland Runners Club, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to promote running and fitness for people of all ages and abilities in the community.
• Course: The Lake to Lake 10k is the oldest annual race in Polk County, running on residential streets and paved running paths through the Lakeland chain of lakes and the historic Lake Morton district, encompassing three lakes during the course.
• Scenery: Participants will have the opportunity to see Lakeland's iconic swans on Lake Morton.
• Pace Requirement: Walkers are welcome at this event, with a minimum pace requirement of 16:00 min/mile.

Event Features

• Certification: The race is held on a USATF-certified course (FL25020JK).
• Timing: The race is chip-timed.
• Beneficiary: A donation from the 10k will benefit the YMCA of Central Florida, thanks to the support of the Denis L Fontaine Foundation since 1994.
• Packet Pickup: We are unable to mail bibs, shirts, finisher medals, or awards. If you are not able to attend, please arrange for in-person pickup.
