Participation Guidelines

• Self-Paced Event: Participants run or ruck as many miles as they can within 4 hours.
• Winner Determination: The participant covering the most distance is declared the winner.
• Breaks Allowed: Runners may walk and rest as needed.
• 5K Option: Offers three loops with a 1-hour cutoff time. Runners can switch to the full challenge at any time.

Awards and Swag

• Prizes: Awarded for top male and female finishers in both events (4-hour and 5K) in run and ruck categories.
• Participants Receive: Official race t-shirt and finishing medal.
