You get choose your fun! You can choose to only run the 5K and be done or choose to continue with another 5K on your Bicycle to complete the full 10K event.
Experience the peaceful nature surrounding of the park and have a great time with family and friends.
All registered participants that complete the 5K Trail Run will receive a Shirt and Medal and if up for the challenge those who also complete the 5K Bike Ride will be awarded a second medal.
Remember that all riders must wear a helmet to Ride a bike and must register for the Ride and Run option event.
