Event Overview
The Ice Cream Chase 5k will be held in Bunker Hill, Grove 4 in Chicago on May 30, 2026.
Packet Pick-Up: Begins at 7am
Run/Walk Start Time: 8am
Location: The 5k is run on the public bike path in the beautiful Bunker Hill Forest Preserve.
Finisher Perk: Refreshing ice cream will be served to the 5k finishers!
Prizes: Will be awarded to in-person finishers.
Additional Option: Virtual participation is also an option!
Event Details and Schedule
- Parking: Plenty of free parking available throughout the parking lot.
- 7:00 am - 7:45 am: Packet pickup
- 7:50 am: Welcome and announcements
- 8:00 am: Runners race begins
- 8:05 am: Walkers begin
- 9:00 am: Yoga (optional)
- ~9:30 am: Award ceremony
