4th Annual Cardinal Crew 5K Run, 1-Mile Glow Run & Community Festival

Join us for the 4th Annual Cardinal Crew 5K, our biggest and most exciting event yet! Taking place on Saturday, June 27, this high-energy day brings together fitness, family, and fun—all in support of the Cardinal Crew mission.

Event Details

• Location: Medina Public Square, Medina, OH 44256
• Time: The race will begin at 8pm; registration for race day will begin at 7pm
• Options: Participants can choose between the Cardinal Crew 5K or the 1-Mile Glow Run
• New Addition: First-ever Cardinal Crew Kids Dash for our youngest runners

Community Festival

Beyond the race, stay and enjoy our community festival, featuring:

• Local Vendors: Throughout the event area
• Activities: Four mini yoga sessions led by YogaSix Macedonia
• Food: Food trucks with a variety of options
• Entertainment: Live music and yard games

Whether you’re racing, cheering, stretching it out on the yoga mat, or just soaking in the atmosphere, this event is designed to bring the community together for an unforgettable summer evening.

Race Schedule

• 7:00 p.m. - Packet Pick-Up and Race Day Registration opens
• 7:55 p.m. - Kid's Dash commences
• 8:00 p.m. - 5K race and 1 mile walk begins

Race Details

• Distance: 5K (3.1 miles) or 1 mile fun run/walk
• Registration Includes: Race entry, t-shirt, chip timed results (5K only), and Participation Medal
• Shirts: Guaranteed to all pre-registered participants except Kids Dash participants
• Registration Fees: Kids Dash is free; Early Bird $30 (Ends 3/1/2026), Pre Registration $40, Race Day Registration $45

Awards

Top male and female overall and then male and female in the following age groups: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.

Dogs and Strollers

Dogs and strollers are allowed at this race, but we ask that you start in the back of the pack. Dogs should be kept on a short leash; please clean up any messes and be mindful of your surroundings.

Refunds and Transfers

All entries are non-refundable. You may not give or sell your race number to another person, and entry fees are not transferable to future events.
