Rodale Park – 12 Hour Challenge

The September 11th National Memorial Trail Alliance is thrilled to announce the Rodale Park 12 Hour Challenge at the Bob Rodale Cycling & Fitness Park in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, June 27th
• Time: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Course: 2-mile loop, 20 feet wide
• Format: Cycling, running, jogging, or walking laps

Course Description

• Surface: Beautiful, fully paved course
• Experience: Safe, scenic with a mix of sun and shade
• Segregation: Separate sections for cyclists and for runners, joggers, and walkers

Support Amenities

• Rest Area: “Pit Stop” pavilion for relaxing and refueling
• Refreshments: Snacks, fluids, and lunch provided
• Information: Dedicated 9/11 National Memorial Trail Alliance canopy on site
• Registration: Register Cycling Challenge participants and track mileage accomplishments

Purpose and Impact

All proceeds will support the ongoing development and promotion of the September 11th National Memorial Trail, which connects the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York City, the Flight 93 National Memorial in Pennsylvania, and the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial in Arlington, Virginia through a 1,500-mile multi-use trail.
