🎓 Graduation Celebration
This is the graduation race for First Strides! Welcome, ladies, and congrats!!
📅 Race Series Details
- 2025 Race Dates: June 4, July 2, August 6 & September 3
- Free Series: This is a free 5k race series which includes 5 races held on the first Wednesday of each month from May through September.
- Participation: You do not need to be an LVRR club member to participate in this series.
- Sign Up: Sign up online and come out to Lehigh Parkway for this relaxed, no-frills race.
🏞️ Course Information
The course is accurately measured, mostly flat, cinder trail in the Parkway. Due to scheduled repairs to Bogarts Bridge, the course will be modified in 2025.
⏰ Race Day Logistics
- Check-In: Begins at 5:30 PM - All runners must check in.
- Age: Racers must be 10 years of age.
- Time Limit: 60 minutes (19:35 minute/mile)
- Start Time: Begins at 6:30 PM with the exception of September which begins at 6:00 PM.
🍽️ Food Offerings
We will no longer host the Potluck Dinner. We will continue to offer hotdogs, water, and individual snacks. If you feel you need to bring an item, it must be individually wrapped to be served. Thank you.
