Clinic Overview
- Focus: Teaching young runners aged 9–13 how to improve their running form
- Goal: To enhance running efficiency and prevent injuries
- Included Training: Dynamic warm-up drills and cool-down stretches
- Eligibility: Participants should be able to run comfortably for at least 15 minutes
Coaching Information
- Coach: Holly Kane, RRCA and USATF certified
- Participants: Capped at 20
- Clinic Environment: Fun technique work and drills
- Outcome: Build strong running habits and boost performance

- Cost: $25
- Refund Policy: No refund and no credit if you drop from the race after registering
