Race Overview
The Rise Running Festival is coming to the Texas coast.
On October 17th, runners from across Texas and beyond will descend on Galveston Island for a one-of-a-kind running experience along the Gulf.
Welcome to the Rise Running Festival — a brand new Trail Racing Over Texas event where the trail is pure Texas coastline.
Race Experience
This is not your typical road race and not your typical trail race.
- Scenery: Miles of open beach, ocean breeze, sunrise over the Gulf, and the sound of waves guiding every step.
- Route: Run point-to-point along the shoreline, chase the horizon, and experience one of the most unique endurance events in Texas.
- Events: Whether you're chasing a 50K finish, racing the relay with friends, or bringing the whole family for the 1-mile fun run.
