15th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K Walk

Race Purpose

• Fundraising Goal: The primary purpose of this race is to raise funds that provide a meaningful hand up to those in need.
• Event Costs: While race registration helps cover event costs, the true impact comes from the additional support we raise together.
• Encouragement: We invite you not only to register and participate, but also to seek sponsorships and encourage donations from friends, family, co-workers, and all your social media followers.
• Community Impact: With your help, we can extend support to families locally and around the world to make a lasting difference.

• Date: Join us on SUNDAY, November 8, 2026.
• Event Type: This fundraiser supports Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries in Falls Church and Muchila, Zambia.
• Participation: Sign up to run or walk in person or virtually from wherever you are.
• Fundraising: Start raising funds!

• Super Duper Early Registration: Discounts available from April 1 – June 15.
• Early Registration: Discounts available from June 16 – August 31.
• Regular Rate: September 1st - November 8th.
• Commitment: Save by registering early and committing to fundraising!
