Course Information
The Sheetz-to-Sheetz™ Trail Run starts at one Sheetz, winds through farmland and forest, and finishes at another Sheetz. Most of the route follows the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail (DRHT), a flat, scenic rails-to-trails gem.
- Transport: Shuttle buses haul runners from the finish area and event parking in Dahlgren to the start line.
- Route: You only have to run one direction — forward.
- Experience: A fun, engaging atmosphere along the course.
- Landscape: Scenic views through farmland and forest.
Awards and Swag
While we hand out cool awards for our top overall and Masters (50+) finishers, the real prize is the experience: quirky aid stations stocked with pie, s’mores, Peeps, soft pretzels, and other culinary curveballs you won’t find at Boston or Berlin.

Additional Information
Note: With the exception of trained service animals, dogs are not permitted to run as part of this event.
