Event Overview

• Festive Atmosphere: Get ready to lace up for a festive, family-friendly celebration of fitness and giving!
• Timed Run and Fun Walk: Designed for all ages and activity levels.
• All Welcome: Whether you're racing for a personal best or strolling with loved ones, strollers and leashed dogs are absolutely welcome!
• Location: 218 S. 2nd St., Smithfield, NC

Dog Guidelines

• Friendly Dogs: All canine participants must be friendly and kept on a fixed leash at all times.
• Clean Up: Please help keep the course clean by picking up after your pets.

Give Back This Thanksgiving

• Donation Request: We encourage all participants to bring at least five canned food items to donate.
• Drop-Off Options: Contributions can be dropped off at the event or at HealthQuest in advance.
• Beneficiaries: Donations will support local food bank agencies and the SECU Hospice House.
• Community Impact: Helping neighbors in need right here in our community.

Registration Details

Your entry fee includes:

• Participant Perks: A participant t-shirt & medal
• Finisher Prize: A finisher prize for youth under 17
• Refreshments: Snacks and water
• Services: Timing services and all transaction fees

Entry Fees

• 5K Run/Walk: $35 per person until October 15: $40 per person from October 16 - November 22
• 10K Run: $45 per person until October 15: $50 per person from October 16 - November 22

Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, Nov 20
• Location: Health Quest Fitness & Wellness Center
• Time: 4:00-7:00 pm

Race Day Schedule

• Registration/Packet Pickup: 8:00 - 8:30 a.m.
• Start Time: 5K/10K Start: 9:00 a.m.
• Awards Ceremony: To follow.

Awards

Categories: Top 2 male and top 2 female finishers for each age category.

• 5K: 6-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-99
• 10K: 6-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-99
• Overall Prizes: First place overall male and female for both the 5K and 10K events.

Team Awards

• Largest Team:Award for the team with the largest number of participants.
• Most Creative Team Name: Recognizing unique team names.
• Most Team Spirit: Award for enthusiasm and team spirit.
