Join Us for the 17th Annual Gobble Waddle 5K/10K Run/Walk

Presented by HealthQuest Fitness and Wellness Center!

Event Overview

• Event Date: 2025-11-22
• Location: 218 S. 2nd St., Smithfield, NC
• Activities: Timed run and fun walk for all ages
• Participation: Strollers and leashed dogs welcome!

Dog Guidelines

• Friendly requirement: All dogs must be friendly.
• Leash requirement: Dogs must be kept on a fixed leash at all times.
• Cleanliness: Please pick up after your pets.

Give Back This Thanksgiving

• Canned Food Donation: Bring at least five canned food items.
• Drop-Off Locations: Donations can be made at the event or at HealthQuest in advance.
• Beneficiaries: Local food bank agencies and SECU Hospice House.
• Community Support: Help neighbors in need in our community.

Registration Details

• Entry fee includes: Participant t-shirt & medal, finisher prize for youth under 17, snacks and water, timing services, all transaction fees.
• Non-Refundable: Entry fees are non-refundable.
• T-Shirt Sizes: First-come, first-served: registrations after October 1 may not receive preferred size.

Race Fees

• 5K Run/Walk: $35 until October 15: $40 from October 16 - November 22.
• 10K Run: $45 until October 15: $50 from October 16 - November 22.

Early Packet Pickup

• When: Friday, Nov 21
• Where: Health Quest Fitness & Wellness Center
• Time: 4:00 - 7:00 pm

Race Day Schedule

• Registration/Packet Pickup: 8:00 - 8:30 a.m.
• Race Start: 9:00 a.m.
• Awards Ceremony: To follow the race.

Awards

• Categories: 5K and 10K age categories from 6-99.
• Top Finishers: Awards for top 2 male and top 2 female in each category.
• Overall Prizes: For 1st place overall male and female for both events.

Team Awards

• Categories: Largest Team, Most Creative Team Name, Most Team Spirit.
