This November, lace up your running shoes and join us for the Turkey Shuffle, a delightful race set amidst the serene beauty of local parks and greenbelts. As autumn paints the landscape with vibrant hues and the summer heat finally takes a brief respite, participants will have the chance to immerse themselves in the stunning fall colors while enjoying a well-organized and festive running experience.

Race Distances

• Kids Dash: This exhilarating sprint of approximately 50 meters is designed for children aged 10 and under.
• 1 Mile: Designed for all ages and experience levels; includes a tee shirt and race medal.
• 5K: Chip-timed event featuring awards for overall male and female finishers as well as age group awards.
• 10K: Chip-timed event featuring awards for overall male and female finishers as well as age group awards.

Entertainment & Awards

• DJ Sasquatch: Will keep the energy high with a fantastic playlist.
• Recognition: Every runner will receive recognition and age group awards.
• Costume Contest: Participants can embrace the spirit of Thanksgiving by dressing up in their most creative costumes.
• Awards: Impressive trophies and prize packs for costume contest winners.

Volunteer Opportunities

Various volunteer positions are available, including:

• Course Monitor: Ensure participant safety and cheer on runners.
• Finish Line Helper: Assist the Race Director with finish line tasks.
• Packet Pickup: Interact with participants and help distribute packets.
• Bigfoot Mascot: Cheer on participants while wearing the Bigfoot costume.

• Discounts: Youth pricing for 5K & 10K available for $15 for ages 12 & under.

7:30-8:40am Packet Pickup ends 20 minutes after the race.
8:55am Kids Dash (Meet at the Start Line for instructions).
9:00am National Anthem and Race Start!
Results and Awards are live and available at the Registration tent immediately following your finish!
