Halloween 5K and Monster Mile

Costumes and Prizes

• Encouraged: Costumes are encouraged!
• Prizes: Given for the best costumes.
• T-shirt: All participants will receive a long-sleeve t-shirt.
• Medal: Custom finisher's medal for those registered before October 10th.

• Support: This race benefits Project Lifesaver with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
• Program: Project Lifesaver is a premier search and rescue program for at-risk individuals.
• Mission: Provides timely response to save lives and reduce potential injury for adults and children prone to wandering.

Race Guidelines

• Monster Mile Parents: The path along Mine Road parallels the race course.
• Running: Parents should run on the path unless accompanying a child aged 4 & under.
• Strollers: Permitted in the 5K: start towards the back.
• Pets: Dogs are NOT permitted.

Registration Information

• Mode: Online registration only: no paper registration available.
• Transfers: No race transfers or refunds allowed.
• Packet Pickup: If unable to attend, send a friend or family member to pick up your race packet.

Race Series

• Part of: The Halloween 5K is the 4th race in the 2026 Stafford Race Series.
