Event Overview

Heppe Chiropractic is proud to host the 4th Annual Heppe 15K/5K, now offering both a 15K and a 5K distance right here in Fredericksburg!

• Date: 2026-05-23
• Location: 713 Sophia Street, Fredericksburg, VA
• Course: Enjoy a beautiful course that runs along the Rappahannock River, through the historic streets of downtown Fredericksburg, and along the Heritage Trail and Canal Path.
• Start/Finish: The course starts and ends at Riverfront Park off Sophia Street.

Charity Support

This year, all proceeds will go to the Fairy Godmother Project to support families navigating pediatric cancer.

• 2023 Charity: Empowerhouse
• 2024 Charity: Mental Health America of Fredericksburg
• 2025 Donation: Over $8,000 to the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank
• Current Cause: Supporting families dealing with pediatric cancer
