The Grizzly Mile and Bear Cub Run is back, and we can't wait to see you there!

🎖️ Race Details

• Date: 2025-03-08
• Location: 12301 Spotswood Furnace Drive, Fredericksburg, VA
• Distance: 1 Mile for the Grizzly Mile: 300 meters for the Bear Cub Run
• Age Groups: Youth in kindergarten through 8th grade for the Grizzly Mile: 3rd grade or younger for the Bear Cub Run

🏁 Grizzly Mile Format

The timed 1 Mile run will have 2 heats, one male and one female for youth who are in kindergarten through 8th grade.

• Start: Begins in a parking lot
• Course: Runs behind the school and around the bus loop
• Finish: Returns to the track to finish at the track finish line

🎉 Bear Cub Run Format

The 300-meter fun run will start and finish on the track and is an untimed event for youth that are in 3rd grade or younger.

• Event Type: Untimed fun run
• Start and Finish: Both on the track
